Shipping & handling
Insured shipping: To upgrade your shipping method to insured shipping, select the ‘insured shipping’ option in the shopping card screen of the shop section. An extra fee, which depends on ordered amount and weight will apply.
Returns & refunds: If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please return it within thirty (30) days from the shipped date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price less shipping and tax (if applicable). Refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days after beeing agreed upon.
Items shipped uninsured may not be returned if damaged! We reserve the left to give a refund, exchange, or store credit at our sole discretion. We do not refund shipping charges, tax, customs charges, used, free or custom merchandise. Purchased products should be in its original packaging and in sellable condition. Up to 25% restocking fee may apply.

We are happy to take orders over e-mail. Use the online catalog to decide what you need and simply send us an e-mail with a list of parts and your estimated total, along with your complete name, telephone number, shipping and email addresses. If you have an urgent order please say so in the subject line of your e-mail. We accept Paypal or bank transfer payments.
